What do u think about driving to Genting with a 1.5 Hyundai Accent?

We're staying in KL for 3 nites & then 2 nites in Genting. Not sure if we should leave our car at the hotel carpark and we take a bus to & from Genting or just drive there. Afraid that our car may not be able to take the slope, but we're also not very confident about leaving our car.
