Is this even remotely fair?

ohkay, so i got grounded today because i went in my backyard to give my brother food that he asked for because he was having a party. He has parties legit,every day and when he does, im not allowed to go outside. I am 14 and my brother is 17, He was allowed to have parties and have girls over when he was 14, even though my dad denies it...anyway, is it fair that my brothers allowed to have girls over that are my age and have keg parties, but im not allowed to even go outside? I think my dad's just really ist...and that he doesnt trust me...
