Wondering if I should give up my love for poetry?

i would actually disagree with most the comments... i say if you are looking for validation from other people as to whether your poems are good, you really arent writing to express yourself. and that is the whole point of poetry. you need to get to a place where you feel comfortable expressing yourself no matter what the outcome. THATS how great poetry is made
