Dryer Getting Overheated??

Odds are very good that you have a blockage in the exhaust line (due to lint build up). I had this happen in a prior home I owned (the wall was sweating). Since you are in an apartment it is up to the landlord to take care of these things. I would report the issue immediately so they can clear the lines out. Odds are good that they have brushes and such for cleaning them out.
