My doctor isn't very thorough. Can someone help me out?

I went to the doctors one day because I had stomach pain. I then had to get a CAT scan and they found I have ovarian cysts that stay there and a polyp on my gallbladder. When I went to go get birth control they had to take my blood because Pulmonary Hypertension runs in the family, My grandma was the 2nd reported case ever. I tested heterozygous for the mutation. Now they are watching the "baby cancer" as i call it, in my gallbladder. every time I look up Heterozygous blood mutation something about cancer comes up. Does anyone know what it is? my doctor didnt tell me anything about cancer or even really what was wrong with me. Help please?
