Inducing labor at home with Evening Primerose Oil...?

I don't know, I'm coming to the strong conclusion that these babies come when they are ready. I'm 39 weeks and last time I checked I was 3 cm and 100% effaced, I've been lsing my plug for weeks and still nthing but back pains and other pelvic pressure. I have only tried walking, eating spicy foods and and cleaning everything in sight. Still nothing. I'm getting induced on March 1st if nothing goes down in the next week. My due date is the 24th.
