Was Susan Boyle a Simon Cowell "production"? What do you guys think?

I think it's the fact that there are some uglya$$ men out there who sing and are famous in every other area of entertainment, but all famous women are expected to be BEAUTIFUL. Now you have a woman who is plain as the day is long and all of a sudden everyone is like, "WOW, a plain woman CAN BE AMAZING". It just shows how SICK and twisted our society has become. The woman is brilliant but all everyone wants to talk about is about her looks or lack of social skills. There are plenty of men who are the same way making MILLIONS. >>>>>>>>
