Where are some good places that me and my wife can go to in Tampa for our anniversary?

We are going in August. We know about all the beaches in the area and Busch Gardens but we are looking for more inland stuff to do. Besides clubs what else is in Ybor City? Which mall is best in Tampa? Are there any nice places for a picnic
