Whats the name of this band?

My friend showed me the inside of the bands albums and it said a whole bunch of facts about marijuana something about hemp is made from cannibis and how some president said we should use it. It was saying about how marijuana has never killed one person. I think he said it was a rock/rap group and i was wanting to take a look at that little article again. Anyone know the bands name?
