Virginal pain! Please help me ?

Well i seem to have an irratation in my down area and it itches like hell and when I scratch the area it turns in to like little dug circles that are red with blood and blood comes out. I also have a discharge that is yellow or plain in color that has an odor but it doesn't smell like anything I'd know. I know it's not a yeast infection or bv. And I never had so it's not HIV or . Some times my peeing area itches soo bad tht when I itch it that area swells. Please help me because I'm not the type of girl that can go see a doctor, thank you.
