My son's father is so vindictive how can he do this to me?

As the spouse of a police officer I am disgusted at this man's behavior. Many cops, because they make a meager salary are insulted that the state takes nearly half their monthly income in order to pay child support. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but comply with CPS, jump through their hoops and get that report closed. As for the father if he is coming at you like this maybe you should file a complaint with the chief of his department for conduct unbecoming an officer. He is sworn to serve and protect ALL of the citizen of his county/city (depending where he works) and that includes you. You are a citizen and to his department it's no different than if he was harring a complete stranger.
