How can i create a javascript(?) popup to work with a hotspot in dreamweaver?

Hi, i have made hotspots on an image in dreamweaver, from which i want a text box to pop up when the user clicks on or rolls over the hotspot, im guessing this would be something in javascript, but not sure how
