Evil or good spirit?? PLEASE HELP!! i dont know what to do!!?

my grandma is about 65 years old. she lost her husband in her house due to a heart atack about 12 yrs ago.i am 14. she went blind about 4 years ago and now she is desperate to get her sight back, so she thought that a with/medicine docter from mexico. before she was about to get in the car a cloud of bees swarmed the car trying to get inside the car and mess w her and my aunt(who was drivings)faces... the other night my grandma says that when she was laying down hetting ready to sleep she herd footsteps heavy footsteps down the hallway like how my grandpa used to sound.she stayed laying down not able to see anything and felt something or someone rub her arm from shoulder to wrist....tonite was my cousins birthday and we blessed her house with prayers but she swears its only my grandpa here to visit her.but when me and my mom were geting into the car there was a sort of like bat swooping down by our doors!!! im so freaked out rite now!! i want answers!!!!! what is happening!?? is this my granpa here to visit? or is he here to warn her of the dangers of witch craft??or is this sighns of evil? please help??
