Because of my legal blindness I get a scholarship the state but if I drive I don't. Should I drive anyway?

Basically, I get a hefty scholarship from the state because I'm legally blind. But if I get a permit or a license, that as well as other benefits are canceled. I'm currently in high school still and I'm at a crossroads where I basically have to choose between driving or getting a scholarship. I know that I can get scholarships in other ways, but this one is definite for all 4 years of college. So what should I do?
